Director of Human Resources & Financial Operations

Prior to joining HedgeOp in November 2005, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Administrator for Sutton Alliance ("SA"), a company which specializes in Title Insurance and Lender Services. She began in the Accounting Dept of SA and when the opportunity arose to form a new Human Resources Department, she volunteered readily. Starting from scratch, Michelle was involved with the creation of an employee manual, introduction of new benefits, as well as researching and implementing the use of third party payroll companies. Michelle brings to HedgeOp a well rounded experience from both the Accounting and Human Resources fields. Michelle handles HR administration and acts as Controller for all HedgeOp financial matters.
