ADVassist provides focused and efficient SEC registration and compliance infrastructure development for hedge fund managers and other investment advisors. The service is a concentrated exercise with the purpose of (1) completing the registration process; and (2) creating a solid foundation for development of a compliance infrastructure.
Our ComplianceEvaluator service, geared towards established managers, consists of a detailed compliance infrastructure review. The project team will perform a critical review of your internal compliance policies, procedures and existing business practices and provide feedback on our findings along with practical recommendations. Part of our feedback will include suggestions on how to simplify and streamline your procedures.


CompliancePlanner was designed for managers that are seeking compliance infrastructure development support. In this case, our team will help you build out your compliance infrastructure as well as developing your written compliance procedures. As needed, our team can also assist you through the SEC registration process (from opening an IARD account through preparation of the Form ADV).


ComplianceFocus projects allow our team to assist you on one or more targeted compliance areas. These projects are ideal for managers who do not want a full ComplianceEvaluator review but need help with a specific compliance task or think that a particular area of their infrastructure needs review.
