Periodic Compliance Reviews

HedgeOp will assist you on a quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis by helping to ensure that you continue to meet all your responsibilities under your adopted compliance procedures. At this level, our typical services include:

Proactive Day-to-Day Support

HedgeOp provides proactive compliance and operational support to a select group of hedge fund managers. In this capacity, we become a proactive member of your team and utilize a series of information requests, periodic on-site visits and our ComplianceTrak software to ensure ongoing adherence to your compliance procedures. Clients utilizing our services at this level also have on-going access to HedgeOp’s consulting staff.

In addition to our fund-level and adviser-level compliance services, we also undertake special project work normally reserved for an internal operations group.
