HedgeOp's on-going consulting services enable you to focus more on running your business while we concentrate
on making sure that the regulatory issues are properly addressed. These services range from high-level weekly/monthly
support to semi-annual monitoring and maintenance of your compliance infrastructure.
High-Level Support Services
Our high-level support services provide you with hands-on compliance and operational assistance. We become
a proactive member of your team and assist you with various fund-level and adviser-level responsibilities in addition
to serving as a resource in the case of a regulatory audit.
Semi-Annual Compliance Review Services
This service level consists of periodic reviews and support to ensure that you continue to meet all of your compliance
responsibilities. Our team will come in twice a year to review your compliance program and assist you with targeted
compliance areas including the annual compliance review, training sessions and updating your compliance calendar.
Additionally, HedgeOp will serve as a compliance resource for you and, (if you are registered with the SEC), will assist
in annually updating your Form ADV Part 1 and Part II.
